1.How to solve problem of stripes appear in printed patterns?
This kind of stripes or drawing phenomenon may be caused by a wide range of reasons, We have to check one by one to determine what is the specific cause.
(1) Check the printed material. Different materials will be due to ink absorption in different ways lead to stripes or drawing phenomenon.
(2) Clean / smooth ink cartridges. Press the "Clean" button to perform more than two cleaning cycles to clear the jam in the cartridge.
(3) Replace the ink cartridge. If the cleaning process does not solve the problem, try using other cartridge.
