Q: How long will the warranty be for your printer?

A: Our Toshiba print head has one year warranty and the printer also. If it is beyond one year, only charge at cost.

Q: Can we buy the UV ink from our local market or just yours?

A: Our ink is certified by TOSHIBA ,it passed ROHS,SGS certification, without any components which may damage print head. The life of print head will be longer. So it is better to buy UV ink from our factory.
